What should I do if the watch is disconnected after the screen locked?
Click phone manager and enter lock screen cleanup, close the cleanup switch to make sure it isn’t cleaned up when background running. Trust protected applications, lock, lock screen does not clean up, association start. Please click Phone manager--Auto launch--Select Mosel, open AutoStart in background. More details can refer Setting ways to keep Mosel background running.
Watch off and on
Turn on: long press watch crown three seconds, pointer rotates, watch will be turned on. Turn off: long press watch crown 10 seconds, watch vibrates, the pointer walked counterclockwise, followed by another long press 10 seconds, watch vibrates and then turn off.
How to deleting the Watch?
Enter "Watch Management" interface, delete the watch to unbind watch and phone.
Why does the watch stop after deleting?
After deleting watch, it is in the off state. It can work normally after turning on the watch, connecting with the app and timing.
How can I adjust the time?
Enter the “Time Adjustment” page and rotate the white wheel. All three watch hands will rotate simultaneously. Next, control the white wheels to make the hands (hour, minute, and second) point to 12:00. Now, the time is set correctly.
How to use the reject call function?
When the mobile phone calls, shortly press any crowns once to reject call. When the mobile phone calls, shortly press any crowns once to turn off the ringtone. If you shortly press any crowns twice, you can reject call.
Can the watch be automatically connected after disconnection?
If the watch disconnected with the phone non-manually, such as beyond distance or Bluetooth on the phone closed, place the watch next to the phone and it can be automatically connected. If the watch fails to connect automatically after disconnection, pls try following steps: 1. Restart the watch Bluetooth and close the App at the backend, restart the App to connect again. 2. After deleting the watch on the “Watch Management” page, press the crown for 10 seconds, the watch vibrates, then press another 10 seconds to reset the watch, then reconnect the watch.
What if the watch does not respond when it is pressed long time?
There may be no electricity, it is recommended to contact customer service to replace the battery.
Under what circumstances does the watch fail to connect?
If your phone doesn’t allow location permission when you connect the watch for the first time, the watch connection would fail. We advise that you close and reopen the app. Next, grant Mosel the permission to use your location.
How do I connect the watch correctly?
Enter into the watch connection page, long press the watch for 3 seconds, the watch pointer turns, the watch will successfully enter the next page after the app is connected, if not, it is recommended to restart the watch and reconnect.
