LANZOOM watches can be returned within 14 days. Please refer to our Refund policy details.
Leather Straps: We don't recommend that you wash your leather wristband with water, as it may cause irreversible damage. Instead, a local watch repair shop or watch retailer may be able to provide professional cleaning services.
Mesh Straps: After removing the watch from the wristband, gently scrub the mesh strap with a mix of water and soap, using a toothbrush or other similar tool to clean between the spaces in the watch band.
Link Straps: Given the sensitive nature of the material, the optimal approach for cleaning stainless steel link watch straps is to use a soft, clean brush.
Most LANZOOM timepieces use a Japanese quartz movement. Please refer to the product details page for more information.
LANZOOM timepieces are all water resistant to a pressure of 3ATM, which means they are rain/splash resistant but should not be exposed directly to, or submerged in water. We recommend taking off your watch before bathing, swimming or engaging in any activity that may involve prolonged exposure to water. Please note that water damage is not covered in our 2-year warranty.
